My name is Heather Hoyt, and I'm a writer, family historian, photographer, former technical writer, legal secretary, blogger, recent college graduate, reader, web designer, and more.

(But some of my best roles are wife, friend, and lifelong learner.)

I've lived in Utah my whole life, I'm left-handed, I love cream cheese, and my highest aspiration is to be a mom.

I live in a college town putting my husband through school, I shoot a bow, I go hiking and snowshoeing, and I also have a secret desire to take over the world.
