My name is Heather Hoyt, and I'm a writer, blogger, family historian, photographer, former technical writer, legal secretary, recent college graduate, newlywed, reader, web designer, and more.

(But some of my best roles are wife, friend, and lifelong learner.)

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I've lived in Utah my whole life, I'm left-handed, I love cream cheese, and my highest aspiration is to be a mom.

I live in a college town putting my husband through school, I shoot a bow, I go hiking and snowshoeing, and I also have a secret desire to take over the world.
